Branson Day Three: Lunch with LA and Fellowship

Today was really cool. I am exhausted as I finish up this post at 1AM here in Branson. Tom Horn took interest in my film and I was able to hand him a copy of the documentary. I was also able to give a copy to Gary Stearman, Russ Dizdar and LA Marzulli. I am excited to get some feedback from the folks who have been so influential to me.

The coolest part of my day was two fold. One was lunch with the great LA Marzulli. It was awesome. He’s a very cool dude. Just gotta say that the man is as raw as he is on his radio show, or all the talks he does. Just a genuine person really out to tell the truth. We talked about how he was in Canada last weekend for some new age conference that had more speakers than attendees. We also talked about the Nephilim mounds in Ohio, his current book, as well as his hunt to really nail down some concrete evidence of the Nephilim. He is relentless and told me some very interesting stories of chasing down native indian tribes, trying to get them to talk about their history and knowledge of giants in the America’s. Just fascinating.

Part two that would constitute as the coolest part of my day was fellowshipping with brothers and sisters in Christ. I got to meet a lot of folks and talk to them about the various topics at hand. One in particular that stood out to me was a brother named Matt. He had gotten into an accident that had him in a wheel chair. But his testimony that he would have never come to know Jesus if it weren’t for the injury was powerful. He was also a fan of the documentary and Canary Cry Radio, which was almost a non-point as I was inspired by his passion and enthusiasm, not just for the Lord Jesus, but also for discussing topics like prophecy, transhumanism, the NWO and the likes. It’s moments like these that really remind me of the power of the Holy Spirit and how God moves in so many ways in so many lives. It was really cool to meet Matt.

(Doug’s re-presenation on the Nephilim)

Doug’s talks were once again packed full of people. He had a busy day between re-presenting his talk from yesterday on the Nephilim, his lecture on the genetics of the incarnation, filling in for Doc Marquis in one panal discussion, and ending the night from 10-midnight in another panal discussion. He’s certainly been the buzz of the weekend since he has the credentials of a true Biblical language scholar who just happens to be talking about the Nephilim, the NWO, but also some very exciting work on genetics.

I caught a glimpse of Doc Marquis speech on his view that all UFOs are simply Nazi developed government craft. I was also able to catch Chuck Missler talk about the holographic universe. Nothing amazing in my opinion, but it’s maybe because I’m a little jaded and have heard much of these discussions before. For some reason, much of what I heard today from these other guys seemed to be more conjecture than documented proof. But it was certainly interesting nonetheless.

The evening ended with a panal discussion with Rob Skiba, LA Marzulli, and Douglas Hamp, led by the best alternative Christian interviewer, Derek Gilbert of PID Radio.

(LA, Derek, Rob, and Doug)

For some reason, the questions always keep coming back to the second incursion in Genesis 6 and beyond.  It sparked a debate between Rob Skiba and Doug Hamp yesterday, and people brought it back up today. I guess they can’t get enough of the topic. In brief, here is what they were discussing. How did the Nephilim get back on the earth after the flood took place? This question derives from a Genesis 6 passage that reads:

“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterwards, when the sons of God came unto the daughters of men.” Genesis 6:4

Rob Skiba believes that the wife of Ham must have carried the genetic defect caused by the Nephilim because when you trace his line, you eventually get to Nimrod in just a few generations. Doug Hamp on the other hand believes that there was some sort of second incursion where the sons of God came down again to do the same thing as described in Genesis 6.

Rob and Doug are friends and they get along very well. The debate is mostly a non-issue. However, here’s my take on it. With Rob’s view, it’s possible that the genetic defect of corruption by the Nephilim was contaminated through much more of the population of humanity, not just the line that brought Nimrod. Could this be why God told us to wipe out nations? Or perhaps is this a problem with his view because it would actually mean all of us, or at least a large majority of us are contaminated with Nephilim blood? Well, the latter seems not to fit the Biblical narrative. It seems to me that Doug’s view has more Biblical support in that there was a deliberate slaying of tribes and nations that were Nephilim. It would make sense also in that the final slaying of a true giant from the bloodline was Goliath. Nevertheless, the debate was a friendly one and one that will be debated until we’re taken out of here.

Okay, it’s late, time to hit the bed!
